The 3,500-square-foot grand ballroom for 300 guests has elegance to spare, with coffered ceilings, chandeliers, stone pillars, and custom sliding iron doors. The full prep kitchen has plenty of room for your caterer and includes a walk-in refrigerator, on-site ice machine, food warmer, and dedicated restroom for staff.
Our outdoor ceremony arbor has space for 225 guests and a gorgeous view of our wooded grounds. For a smaller gathering, our two covered patios boast a fireplace, a built-in bar, a relaxing water feature, and dedicated restrooms. Our designated food truck parking lot is perfect for hosting a weekend dinner event for employees and their families.
Our Southlake corporate events staff provides a day-of attendant, set-up, and clean-up. You’ll have access to microphones, podiums, and large movable televisions. We’ve outfitted our event spaces with round, rectangle, and cocktail tables with silver chiavari chairs. We can work with your preferred vendors or provide referrals for food, beverages, flowers, tableware, linens, and photography. Additional services include an on-site event coordinator, custom packages for food and decor, extended venue hours, and additional lighting for ambiance.
