Old Town Keller Venue
Our Old Town Keller venue is a brand new meeting and event space like no other. A warm and inviting, traditional event space offering flexible layouts with multiple room options. The reception and ceremonial rooms may be used alone or in combination with the other rooms available at the facility. Chandon Arbors also offers outdoor space in a secluded garden setting with colorful landscaping, two covered outdoor patios, two fireplaces, a waterfall, and a pavilion. Located only 15 minutes from DFW airport. There are even hotel accommodations only 3 miles away.
When you choose to have your corporate event at our venue, we want to treat you and your event the best that we can! Because of this mission, we include great amenities for your event. Included is audio & visual, if needed. We have complimentary Wifi for your event, as well! You will also have 3 signage holders from us, a podium, and tables and chairs. On top of all of the amenities within our venue, we have on-site parking for everyone attending your event. If you need any other amenities for your event, we do have enhancement options for an additional fee.
We also have a presentation package for your event! Our presentation package includes a 75-inch flat-screen television so that everyone in your meetings and presentations can see. We will also include a flip chart for you, as well as, complimentary drinks. Your guests will be able to choose between coffee, tea, and soft drinks on the day of your event. We can include a bar package, as well!
If you want to add a bar package to your corporate event, we have some options for you to choose from! We have packages that only include beer and wine, as well as, packages with call or premium liquor added on. If you would rather do a cash bar for your event, we have this option, too!
These packages are designed to provide the essentials for a successful event, but we do understand that every event is different! We would love to talk with you about your specific event needs and how we can make your event perfect.
Our event space can be used for corporate events during the week Monday through Thursday, for 8-hour or 4-hour increments. We have two rooms for you to choose from to have your corporate event in!
Our Milestone Ballroom is an open layout space that can hold up to 185 people. This is the perfect option for those looking to have a small to a medium-sized gathering. Our Milestone Ballroom has direct access to our venue’s patio sites. The Milestone Ballroom ranges from $900 to $1500, depending on the amount of time you want for your event.
For a larger event, we have our Crystal Ballroom. This ballroom can hold up to 300 people, seated. This ballroom has direct access to our patio with our largest built-in bar, waterfall, and fireplace. Our Crystal Ballroom starts at $1500 and goes to $2000, depending on the time frame that you choose for your venue.
Having the outdoor space for your corporate event is the perfect addition to your day. It will allow your guests to get fresh air in a beautiful space in between meetings or during breaks to keep them awake and ready!
