You’ll enjoy the attention of our qualified on-site venue attendant before the big day, and for your convenience, we’ll set up and break down your party’s tables and chairs. Leave the cleanup to our staff.

Versatile Event Space

Our extraordinary property is the ideal setting for an intimate affair and a grand reception for as many as 600 guests. Your party will enjoy exclusive use of our venue and grounds for 12 hours. You’ll dance the night away without worrying about the time.

Versatility is another feature that sets Chandon Arbors apart from other birthday celebration venues. From our 3,500-square-foot grand ballroom to our 2,000-square-foot indoor ceremony space, you can choose from coffered ceilings and accent stone pillars or crystal chandeliers, sunset views, and abundant natural light as the backdrop to your annual fete. In addition, the neutral color palette provides our clients with the perfect blank canvas so that you can personalize the space however you imagine.

If you prefer, take the festivities outside with our Outdoor Ceremony Arbor. This exquisite setting features two covered patios with fireplaces, a waterfall, a covered pavilion, a built-in bar, and restrooms.

Birthday parties are some of our most unforgettable occasions, whether they’re milestones or simply a chance to share your day with family and friends. We make your event easy with everything you need, including round, rectangle, and cocktail tables, plus all the chairs. Plan to serve beverages from two mobile bars and entertain your guests with large moveable TVs. You’ll find microphones and a podium to announce the birthday toast.

Don’t forget about the food. Your caterer will love working in our full prep kitchen. It contains everything needed, such as an ice machine, walk-in refrigerator, prep sink, food warmer, and a private bathroom. Our property also offers designated food truck access and parking.

Conveniently Located

Our premier gathering space is on 3 private, wooded acres near historic Keller, Texas. We are less than 30 minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and close to hotels for your out-of-town guests. We have 200 safe and secure on-site parking spots for those driving in for the festivities, including handicap-accessible spaces.
