We offer multiple spaces for you to choose from, for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
First up, we have our Ballroom Outdoor Patio. This is an outdoor patio space that is ideal for cocktail hours! All of your guests will be mingling and comfortable next to our cascading waterfall. We also have an outdoor ceremony space that is surrounded by lush greenery, and the perfect size for a cozy wedding. Our first indoor ceremony space seats up to 275 guests. With a beautiful white on white color scheme and wood beam ceilings, it makes for the perfect space. Last but definitely not least, we have our Grand Ballroom! This seats 300 guests and is adorned in chandeliers and beautiful columns. This is a great spot for your ceremony or your reception, as it opens up to one of our patios.
Our Vestibule, also known as our Jewel Box, is a private room illuminated by a crystal chandelier resembling clusters of teardrops. It is the perfect spot for a photo op. Our groom suite includes two minibars, two flat-screen televisions, and comfortable seating! For the bride and her girls, we have a huge bridal suite with a 14-foot vanity, a full three-way mirror, and spa style chairs! Don’t forget that we offer suite attendants, private access for vendors, and a hosted cocktail bar with our wedding packages.
Flexible Rental Options
Chandon Arbors also offers alot of rental options for your big day that vary in pricing depending on a few circumstances. We offer a 12-hour rental day, as well as, a 5-hour rental day. If you choose the 5-hour rental day, you will have the option to choose between a morning or evening wedding, with each having different amounts of event time, as well as, set-up and tear-down time. The 12-hour rental option gives you the space from 12 pm until 12 am; this includes set-up and tear-down, as well. During this time, you have full access to the bride and groom suites, your ceremony and reception ballrooms, and the outdoor space. Our pricing differs from day to day for each weekend day. This helps you to stay in your budget while still being able to be at your dream venue!
Lastly, we include what feels like everything extra that you could possibly need! Cocktail round tables, as well as, Chivari chairs, and easels are included in each rental. With everything that we provide for your wedding, we are in charge of set-up and tear-down! As you saw above, we have multiple space options – indoor and outdoor – for your ceremony and reception. We also allow the use of our space for your engagement or bridal photos.
